Knife & Fork serves good North Indian cuisine and that too at very affordable prices. The Prahladnagar branch of Knife & Fork is a small place done up in a simple style but the food attracts customers here as early as 11 am sometimes. The restaurant is located at Rivera Arcade which houses almost a dozen eateries but Knife & Fork is able to hold its own mostly due to the tasty food it serves. This chain already has six outlets in Ahmedabad in a short period of time. The menu here is huge and it starts with the non-vegetarian section which is unusual because most menus in Ahmedabad begin with the vegetarian part of the menu. The menu has pages and pages for starters and it has been divided into sections like Tikka, Tangdi, Tandoori, Sea-Food, Kebabs and Chinese. Similarly, the main course section is also huge. Try the stuffed chicken leg, called the Hugwani Tangdi or Golden Hugwani. Also, try the Achari Tandoori Chicken. Other recommendations include Kasturi Chicken Tikka and Mustard Chicken Tikka. The restaurant says the Chusta Kebab is a unique kebab they serve, so try it. The service is decent, not exceptional though.
