Blue Bar is a beautiful space at the Taj West End which has an ambience that simply beckons you to settle down with your choice of tipple. The beverage menu outdoes the food one and understandably so. While the selection has everything that a full-fledged quality bar can offer you, it is the signature cocktails that you should be looking at. The Old Heritage with Vodka vanilla liqueur and some apple juice is a great one. Or if you happen to be a nursing a bad throat like I was one day, the Sir Ronald’s Hot Rum Toddy is the one to get to the table. The food menu offers quite a few nibbles, substantial and easy on the tummy. And should you want to settle back for a little while longer, then most of the choices from the frozen section are going to make you very happy.
