The restaurant looks as grand as the Roman Colosseum with uniform luxurious seating. The entire place has bright beige undertones, with shades of grey. Coming to the food, the confit lamb shanks here are tender and robust and are accompanied by palm crushed potatoes, garlic glazed seasonal vegetables, glazed shallots, sautéed spinach and pumpkin puree. Vegetarians can try their mushroom dish called koonu fry, where local mushrooms are marinated, fried till crispy and tossed with fresh ginger, onions and tomatoes.
