A part of the pan-Asian restaurant Tim Tai, Café D’Hide is a place where the whole family, irrespective of age can go and have a great time at. The ambience is bright and airy, with green walls and a brick and wood finish, which makes it quite the happy place, to begin with. The café does not serve alcohol but has a great beverage menu – from the Mocktails, try the 'Fruit Punch' as well as the 'Guava Mary', which has a touch of spiciness to it. The Coolers segment has some nice choices with the 'Party Punch' bringing together apple, orange, pineapple, cranberry and lemon juice. The 'Summer Freeze' has peach, mango, orange and lemon juices in it. From the signature drinks, The 'Break Shake', with roasted almond, caramel sauce and milk is great. The 'Cinnamon Almond Frappe' and the 'Irish Frappe' are good choices too. The place does an all-day breakfast with the usual suspects in the sandwiches, eggs, pancakes and waffles section. In the all-day dining segment, a good choice would be the 'Pesto Egg Filled Croissant' and the 'Nicoise Salad'. The 'Caramelized Onion Margarita Pizza' is a good choice as is the 'Spicy Chicken and Jalapeno' option. For something light, the 'Potato and Leek Soup'. End with a 'Cheesecake of the Day' and you have a great meal going here.
