The Bangalore edition of the Global Junction chain is on 12th Main in Indiranagar. Featuring warehouse inspired décor with high ceilings, exposed walls and lots of metalwork, the colour scheme has a lot of black, and wooden elements. Food is served in metal containers, cutlery is inspired by tools, and the plates you eat off of too, are aluminium or steel – do not miss the coasters with the “C” of Glocal represented by the Hindi letter क. With a range of alcohol available, as well as cocktails, sangria, and beers, the choice is plentiful for a tipple. The cuisine is global with Indian flavours and touches, so expect Indian flavours in risotto and pasta. Highly recommend the Broccoli with English Mustard & Cheese and Kung Fu Nuggets to start, and the Masala Chai Panacotta or Baked Filter Kapi for dessert.
