Standard formula – starters come to the table, and the buffet is on standby if you really want more food. I was not particularly impressed by the format, or the food, given that it is already been done to death. If you are in a large group, it might make sense though. The chicken kalmi kabab stood-out for sure. Even the mutton seekh was not too bad. But the rest is just one predictable preparation after another. There was something called raspberry murgh tikka on the menu, but I did not have the heart to try it. And there is a chaat counter too, like plenty of buffets that follow the same pattern.
