Another new kid on the block for Indiranagar, this one focuses on seafood and offers a range of it in a multitude of ways. Most of the seafood is on display, and you can make a choice of dishes and even take a peek at the chef preparing your dish for you. Most of the starters and soups go down the Indo-Chinese way. So you can try the 'Lemon Chilli Coriander Soup' or the 'Exotic Clear Noodle Soup' to which you can add your choice of meat and vegetables. Among the starters, you can opt for the 'Chilli Coriander Paneer', the XO Spicy sauce seafood. All of the options in soups and starters can be had in seafood or vegetarian versions. Now coming to the seafood, you can opt to have your fish done in the tandoor or on a lava stone. Indian and western marinade options are what you will find on the menu. You can opt to have your seafood in the 'Classic Hariyali Masala' – of mint, chilli and coriander, or the 'Amritsari', which has yogurt, carom seeds and dried pomegranate – paired with fish like seer and Pomfret, these masalas would do well. If you would like to go down the more tried and tested route – then the 'Prawns in Raw Mango Curry' is a good bet. The 'Kumarakom Curry with Kokum' pairs really well with 'Boiled Ponni Rice'. And the 'Pepper Roast Masala' is a nice option with 'Kal Dosa'. Currently, the restaurant has only a wine license, so that will be your choice of beverage with the seafood.
