What is EazyDiner Gourmet Gifting?
Your go to destination for gifting your loved ones an extravagant dining experience.
How it works?
You need to choose the restaurant for which you want to gift the deal. Choose a specific date and time, enter the details of the person to whom this is being gifted, make the payment and it's done!
Recipient will get an email with the details of the booking. All that the guest has to do is visit the restaurant at the right time (we hold the reservation for 10 minutes), show the confirmation sms or email to the restaurant staff and enjoy the dining experience.

What is the Kids policy?
Kids are not allowed.
Only customers who are above the the legal drinking age can be a part of this gifting experience.
Can a customer change the menu?
The EazyDiner Gourmet gifting experience comes with a fixed menu. However customers can request the restaurant management if they wish to modify the menu. EazyDiner does not guarantee a change in the menu and it will completely depend on the discretion of the restaurant.
When can I buy this?
The gifting experience needs to be purchased at least 2 days prior to the booking date.
Can the gifting experience be purchased over a phone call?
No, the gifting experience can only be purchased through the EazyDiner app or website.
Which alcohol brands will be a part of this gifting experience?
The alcohol brands which will be a part of the gifting experience will be clearly mentioned against each deal.
How do I gift this to someone else?
To gift the EazyDiner Gourmet dining experience to someone else, all you need to do is make a booking using the name and contact details of the person for whom it is being purchased.
Is there any cut-off time for the table reservation?
The customer should book their table 2 days prior to the dining date. For example, if you wish to make a booking for Oct 3rd, the reservation should be made by Oct 1st.
Are there any specific timings to avail the offer?
Regular restaurant timings apply to avail the offer.
Can I use existing balance from my EazyWallet to make a purchase?
Yes, the EazyWallet cash can be used to buy the gift experience. Regular terms and conditions will apply for the same.
Can I use my gift cards?
Yes, EazyDiner gift card privileges can be availed to purchase this offer.
Can a person buy two deals of two different categories for the same slot?
No two deals can be clubbed together for the same meal period
What happens to the gifting experiences that are purchased but not redeemed?
A gifting experience once purchased is non-transferable and non-refundable post the meal period.

A gifting experience once purchased is non-transferable and non-refundable
Can customers edit their booking?
Booking can be edited upto 2 days prior to the reservation date, but can not be cancelled. The gifting experience once purchased is non-refundable.
Can any special request be made at the restaurant?
Any special request such as arranging flowers, cakes, candle lights etc. will not be entertained under the gifting experience.
What should I do if the restaurant refuses to acknowledge the offer?
Although it is highly unlikely, but if you face a situation where the restaurant refuses to acknowledge the gift voucher, you can call us at 786-100-4444
