Just like Chandigarh, Mohali is fast churning out restaurants and cafes. Boston Bites, which also has an outlet in Chandigarh, has opened in Mohali in a bigger space. Styled like a quick service restaurant, we love the industrial design of the place and the fact that it has a young, cool vibe about it. There is also a basement area with comfy floor cushions that are surprisingly quite a popular choice. Good food and spending time with friends is what Boston Bites seems to be aiming for. The US map on the wall is perhaps the most popular for selfies and groups photos. The ground floor also houses some quirky seating arrangements and a full view of the open kitchen. The mustard-hued sofas bring cheer to this place. The menu packs in everything from sub-style sandwiches, pasta, burgers, pizzas along with a good selection of beverages. Do try their version of the 'Lemonade' and 'Coffee Frappe Shake'. Known for their wholesome sandwiches, we opted for the 'Boston Paneer Sub' along with 'Smoked Chicken Salad' and 'Chicken Pizolo Sub'. And, you can play around with the dressing. The sandwiches were fresh and the orders are quick to make. The salad was crisp and the portion was more than enough for 2 diners. So if you are looking for a place that is casual and quick with orders, hop across here in Mohali.
