One of the oldest and probably the most consistent of the 90’s ‘fine dine’ North Indian restaurants, Copper Chimney has moved away from its ancient décor to a more modern outlet at the upmarket VR Mall in Anna Nagar. The original outlet was among the first Indian restaurant to have a show kitchen and a commy flipping the dough while making the 'Romali Toti' used to be yesteryear restaurant entertainment. Much of the food from those days has been retained and can be identified with the ORIGINALS symbol. The menu is also adorned with pictures that will make you want to try dishes like the 'White Pepper Chicken Chops' or the 'Burra Kebab'. Also a place for the 'Raan', this is a dish that works best if you have company. If you love people watching, there are seats which will let you take in the sounds and sights of the mall, else pick a seat on the inside of the restaurants as the outer seats can get pretty noisy.
