In 2015, a US burger chain set it’s sight towards Indian continent and forayed boldly by opening several burger outlets in many corners of Delhi NCR. Originated from California, ‘Carl’s Jr.’ post entering India, quickly opened numerous outlets in all major market places. Their unique offerings designed to suit Indian palates cracked through the dominance of already established burger chains ruling the country. Out of various outlets of Carl’s Jr. in Delhi, we always head for the one at the back wing of Southern Park, Select Citywalk Mall, Saket, South Delhi. The buzzing moving location infuses you with energy instantly.

The outlet remains open little past midnight, which is a good slot for those returning from a party or extended shopping spree. The menu of Carl’s Jr. drips with burgers. The abundance of burgers available on the menu keeps you hooked for several visits. The special attention payed to the desi palate through sauces and Indian flavorings wins us over. Before you tuck into the burgers, whet your appetite with wasabi fries, onion rings and veggie sticks.
