The set is delightful replete with countryside furniture and flooring, a chalkboard menu that changes every day, the al a carte menu on a timber slate, thatched ceilings and walls, cheerful fabric with phulkari work, the indigenous ‘tharra’ like bar abounding with stained glass bottles etc. and yes the Bollywood jazz the staff does in between meals takes you straight to the highway. The dishes gesture highway dhaba fare as the name suggests offering a delightful harmony between traditional and rustic. The wisely planned menu is an assortment of Punjabi highlights aka kababs, tandoori items, biryanis, curries, lentils and famous breads. The piece de resistance is the balti meat, a succulent lamb specialty as is the palak paneer seek kabab creamy and flavourful. The humble aloo pyaaz ki subzi and the Dhaba version of the aloo gobhi are stellar. A refreshing and light dessert to try is the phirni, a good blend of milk and rice and the sugar does not over-ride. The place is unruly most of the time as it is well patronised. Chef Ravi Saxena, Corporate Chef, the Claridges group personally manages the trademark and discovers uninterruptedly for old-style recipes to add to the now notable highway repertoire.
The rich Indian food like the balti meat is worth a try.Daal makhni is good.Service during our time was a little laid back inspite of less crowd.
Great food, social place, nice staff and authentic interior design. I am coming here again! Nice, thin naans! 😊👍🏻🙏🏻🇮🇳
Great Indian food, the Balti Meat and the Butter Chicken were both delicious. Highly recommended!!!!
Had a farewell lunch for a senior colleague here. Started with chachh and starters like galauti kebabs, chicken tikka and also tikki's ....all were great. Chachh has a distinctive flavour of fresh coriander and curry leaves.......lovely. Main course of paneer kadahi, dal makhani, chicken curry and mutton was great. Mutton especially was lovely. Indian bread of naan, roti and roomali were attempted..all were good. Desserts like phoenix and gulab jamun was tried and were also good. Ambience is great with dhaba type caricatures and facade highlighting indian rural culture. Dishes served on typical indian vessels, trays and metal box like tiffins lend a very village like feel. Service is prompt and people hospitable. Overall a great place to go though slightly heavy on the pocket
if you are a Indian food lover then this is a place not to be missed. You can start with a soup to set the mood, and then definitely order Bhatinda Chicken curry a rich curry mixture of butter chicken gravy with a new innovation of the Dhaba, not to forget Dal Makhani a suoper delight, yes need improvements on breads esp.the Garlic Naan, the Lacha Parantha was good.If Indian cuisine lover you are in the right place.
Bringing the food from the dusty highways to the swish attractive setting is what Claridges is after. The five star name has finally judged the immense potential in chain gastronomy and dabbled its foot in the busy trendy pool. The hotel has added a new life to the chain restaurant scene by bringing in some desi flavour in the form of ‘Dhaba by Claridges’. This fantastic chain of restaurants has become quite popular in the past few years since its arrival on the Indian dining scene. The restaurant has infused fresh colourful desi ‘tadka’ to the regular modern set up and transformed it into something exhilarating. Though there are multiple outlets of Dhaba by Claridges all over Delhi NCR, the one in Cyber Hub is fairly new in comparison. The outlet is bright, vibrant and innovative.

Mop up the curry with tawa mutton pulao or a basket of buttery naans. Besides the awesome food, the rural desi décor is Dhaba by Claridges USP. They have bought in the true roadside flavour of dhabas to the trendy lanes of Cyber Hub.
