‘Geoffrey’s’ is a brand associated with its smashing interiors and air of classiness. There is an old world charm that resides there and can be seen in deep wood walls contrasted with green colour. The green leather chairs are the only contrasting colour in the room. Large stained glass windows does little job of bringing in the light. Room is dimly lit which gives a sense of being in another era. Located at Park Plaza Hotel, Faridabad, Geoffrey’s gets mostly adult clientele. Businessmen, families, friends, work buddies make their general population. Its location of a busy hotel invites the in house guests as well as local gourmets hooked on its food. Geoffrey’s is a quiet place which makes it ideal choice for a date or a meeting. The staff is very accommodating and efficient. They help you in tricky situations and takes very good care of you.
Geoffrey’s has a cocktail menu so the focus is on the drinks. Don’t expect Indian curries on the menu. Finger food is the way to go at Geoffrey’s. Appetizers takes the centre stage here with thai spring rolls, tandoori mushrooms, mini bruschetta, lamb albondigas, murgh tikka Punjabi, chilli mushroom, gilafi seekh kebab, masala toast, dum ka jheenga, sticky chicken wings, schezwan prawns, schezwan vegetables, spiced paneer, tandoori murgh and chicken dim sums. If your friends are more interested in drinking then order mega platters. For more fulfilling meal they keep sandwiches and burgers with scrumptious juicy fillings. Selection of breads like multigrain, focaccia, whole wheat and plain combine well with given fillings of ham, cheese, roasted chicken, onion, veggies, chicken tikka, bacon etc. Cottage cheese enchilada, veg/non-veg pasta, vegetable panini, wrap, chicken kathi roll and chicken steak, takes the menu one step further.
Desserts comes next, black forest sundae, cheese cake, tiramisu, American brownie, chocolate mousse, banana split and hot jamun. Geoffrey’s are serious about their drinks. Their menu have cocktails, shooters, aperitifs, beer, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, liqueur, cognac & brandy, single malts, scotch and whisky. The non-alcoholic need not be disappointed for they have mocktails, iced tea, red bull, juice and fresh lime. The pub is split into two floors so you can ask to be seated at some secluded nook for more privacy. Though this is an expensive place yet it is popular with the crowd for quiet time. Slip into a chair for a mid-shopping break to sip on a LIIT.
