On the first floor of Cyber Hub, Gurgaon is a striking little place called ‘Holy Smoke’, which has made fans out of us with its eye-catching décor and even better menu. Gastronomes of all ages flock to this place for a bite of heaven.

The chef at Holy Smoke takes his barbequing very seriously and that reflects through his cooking. His menu is entirely American so expect to see all your favourites, including juicy perfectly cooked steaks. Holy Smoke is a carnivore’s haven so if you happen to be a vegetarian give it a skip. Their all-day breakfasts are another of their popular feature. Pair your meal with a decadent thick shake of your choice, just like the Americans do. Before wading into the meaty burgers prep you stomach for the onslaught with few appetizers like, fresh baby arugula & spiced pear salad, goan sausage scramble, hickory charred tomato soup, Jamaican pork, potato skins, onion rings and cheese balls. Coming to what you’re here for – the meat. Dig into, surf & turf, Australian lamb shank, Goan sausage pies, heart attack burger, pepperoni pie, lobster with two butters, tenderloin, the one burger, tuna melt and pulled chicken.

The list is endless. You will be spoilt for choices at Holy Smoke and return home happy and satiated. Though feasting here might pinch your pocket but a satisfied soul will justify it. The décor at Holy Smoke resembles a good-looking slaughterhouse with a black interior and all those meat hooks hanging overhead. You keep expecting to turn your head and spot a slab of meat hanging on a hook. A hand painted mural of an eating goat looks sinister but right. Overall the look is casual, interesting, cosy and exciting.
