Somewhat between a no-fuss restaurant and an office canteen, Kyoto is situated so close to the Maruti factory that its raison d’etre seems to be catering to the daily needs of the Japanese staff there. Indeed, they do tend to have their meals there almost daily, so do not expect frills or fine service. As for the menu, Kyoto serves mainly pork or chicken cutlet with a portion of Japanese rice as well as several kinds of Ramen, but not much else. The prices and the general upkeep of the little restaurant tell their own story.
