With Amici Cafe downing its shutters, La Vie emerges as the de-facto Pizzeria in Khan Market. La Vie promises thin crust, wood-fired oven pies. It delivers pizzas which are slender enough to fold, but with enough body to get a satisfying bite. My 'Classic Margherita' was slightly charred at the edges, just the way I like, but a bit flat in terms of flavour from the pizza sauce and a couple of basil leaves. Not a flawless pie, but a good one at that.
