Start sampling the menu with salads and soups. Watermelon & feta salad and gazpacho is a must have. All the items are so fresh and fragrant with lovely herbs. Appetizers like crispy calamari, prawn in pastry, mushroom stuffed with brie cheese, grilled scallops, chicken satay with peanut butter sauce, L’Angoor chicken with mustard, herb yogurt marinated potato barrels and seared prawns tempered with mustard seeds are mouth-watering delicious. You will be offered endless variety in mains section. Succulent seafood dishes like seared Alaskan halibut, baked Mediterranean red snapper, fish paupiette with seasonal vegetables, lobster cooked in chardonnay, chicken dishes like, Jamaican spiced jerk chicken and rosemary chicken stuffed with mint lamb are magnificent.
Lamb kofta served with Kashmiri rice and vegetable terrine with pine nuts are superb as well. Pasta dishes cooked in robust rustic sauce are most ordered on the menu. If you like breads with the wine then go for juicy sandwiches and burgers. The final course will not disappoint you. Mango mascarpone, kaffir lime ice cream, apple pie with vanilla ice cream, orange chocolate cake and paan/rum & raisin ice cream are the display L’Angoor offers. On pleasant days choose to sit outside with a great view of the global business park. Expensive on a medium scale L’Angoor is classy and European in every way.
