A branch of the venerable 20th century New York institution, the Delhi Le Cirque is elegant, roomy, and has good service. It has the air of a gentleman's club and though the menu replicates some of the stodgier Le Cirque standards, such as pasta primavera, the chefs have moved beyond the New York original’s French pretentions to give a more Italian touch to the menu.

Over rated
In a place that's full of restraunts serving the best fare possible this place didn't blow me away! I found it to be exorbitantly priced for nothing special really!! The ambience is like an Italian fine dining Restraunt should be nothing spectacularly new! Service was prompt but that's it!! Not value for money!

the place with such an exquisite ambience is literally something that we hardly see in india and this is one of the very very few places with such kind of ambience .. everything seems so perfect from their dining arrangement to their lighting... just to add to this their delicious cuisines just makes it the perfect place

The Italian getaway
This place is a summation of lovely ambience and gourmet food with over courteous staff .. We had the lamb Ragu with ribbon hand tossed pasta that took me back to Italy along with lobster risotto . For desert we had our favourite chocolate fondue with creamy delicate ice cream . This place will never disappoint .

Great quiet dinner with attentive staff
Fantastic place to get some great Italian food. The service was great and we were treated like we were their own family.Food, wine, service outstanding. Very friendly staff. It is an authentic dining experience, family-operated from kitchen to table. The presentation very artistic. Each course just got better and better.It has a very unique and reasonably priced menu. We recommend it highly to locals and tourists.

About Le Cirque

There are few places in Delhi that may seem like a private club humming with secrets and power. It is where bigwigs like to relax over a glass of wine thinking about a new strategy or negotiating a deal. One such restaurant will reflect an ambience keenly resembling a gentleman’s club is Le Cirque. Beautiful backdrop of The Leela Palace, Chanakyapuri, Delhi, the restaurant is one of the most expensive places to eat in the city. The wooden walls and floors gleam in all its glory setting the tone of 20th century private clubs. The posh ambience grabs you the moment you step off the elevator instantly making you nostalgic for old world charm. The restaurant is the branch of the famous 20th century New York parent by the same name. Located on top floor of the hotel the windows gifts you a magnificent view of the city.


The restaurant has a reputation to uphold being a part of such regal hotel and carrying a culinary historic name. The parent menu has a lot of French influence but the Le Cirque has slowly moved on to include Italian recipes which have taken over. The food is a molecular gastronome’s delight. Visually stunning the presentations are a work of art in itself. To start with caeser’s salad, fennel soup, mushroom broth, double cooked mozzarella, sliders with truffle dusted fries are to die for. The pastas are delectable especially crab pasta, beef cheek ravioli, truffle spaghetti and veg lasagne. In mains mushroom risotto, radicchio risotto, pork belly, scallops, tuna, smoked himalayan trout, chicken with baby potatoes, beef with mashed potatoes and pan seared sea bass are worth having. Their risotto Bollinger is actually cooked in Bollinger champagne which is unique in the city and a must have.


The dessert menu however steals the spotlight. A vast and delicious collection the chefs will present you with tempting sweets to conclude your meal. Deconstructed tiramisu, chocolate lava cake, truffle crème brulee, dark chocolate fondant, sorbets will dazzle you with burst of flavours in your mouth. Le Cirque has an extensive wine list too. Selective wines are stored here to magnify your dining experience. Their signature cocktails are very yummy and well blended by expert bartender. Choose to sit in wine cellar, private dining area or al fresco however the mood hits you. The romanticism of the ambience will make your visit a memorable one.
