Cocktails, beer, and food at Molecule is exemplary. The eclectic menu is offered which includes an array of dishes in North Indian, Mughlai and Continental cuisines. Savour excellently prepared continental food such as Mexico Prawns served on a bed of pineapple, baby mutton seekh puffs. Fish à la Diana, Biryani Arancini balls, Puckas, Mixed Grill, Chicken Ala Kiev, Chicken Cordon Blue, Pastas, Chicken Pavlograd, Malai Chicken Tikkas, Vetki stuffed with prawn, mushroom, Creamy White pasta, Keema Mutton, Chakhna tiffin, Spinach corn and sun dried tomato pizza. Soya tikkas and vegetables cooked in rich creamy white sauce.Wheat Bar and dark beer are worth trying .Enjoy Bailey's, Cucumber basil mocktail, Molecular Sangria:, vodka, Mocking Bird, coffee, Kahlua and dark chocolate. The desserts are lip smacking including Ras Malai, Trifle Pudding, Cream Caramel, Brownies with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, Crêpes with Lemon or Orange Sauce are worth trying. The regular pipe hukka is excellent. The bar at Molecule is well stocked and you can enjoy a glass of refreshing mocktails, beer and classic cocktails.
