This outlet of Pikwik is not lavishly made but has an old world charm to it. It has been running since years and has its regulars coming back. The seating is basic and a little crammed but the food is good to taste. It is a pocket-friendly place. A great place to come with your family and friends

Good food but service needs to be improved

This one is located at Ring road mall near pushpanjali Chowk and M2k Pitampura. The food was good , we tried their veg platter, Afghani chicken, Dal makhni , malai kofta....all were good.... Afghanu chicken was a bit sweet which ideally should not be. In min course we ordered bhuna chicken which was superb. Service was slightly slow in the beginning and I had to ask the waiter thrice to take the order. Overall good place.

Average restaurant

This restaurant provides a variety of options but the quality is average. Lighting is too less for a comfortable seating. Not so good music plays at a high volume which seems unnecessary, irritating and blocks any conversation. You seem to be waiting for the waiter rather than the other way round

Pathetic service offered by pik wik with compromised food quality without caring for food safety & hygiene norms.

We have been visiting pik wik regularly on Saturday during our official lunch after seeing the nice reviews about the taste of the food online however the reality is entirely different. Although the food tastes good but their food hygiene, quality and service is highly compromised as in frequent visit we have been served compromised quality of food repeatedly .Initially we thought it was genuine mistake on their part but later we realised that they and their owner Gurpreet singh hardly care about any food safety standards. we have been first served stale chicken in reshmi kabab once, sour paneer the other time and lastly tandoori roti with human hair in it. The first time staff apologised and replaced the food, second time staff again apologised and replaced the food saying it won't happen again. Last time they simply and casually said hum "apka khana badal ke dedete" when we found hair in their roti . When we objected asked for the manager, the manager mr Ajay rudely, abusively said that " we are giving you food for free what else we can do"? we left the food on that day . Also he told us that since kitchen supplies keep coming in hence finding human hair in roti, or stale chicken, sour paneer can not be controlled. On top when I told that I will complaint food inspector he said do what ever you want? . Infact their behavior clearly reflects that they hardly care about the quality and food safety norms .The worst thing of the chain is we talked to his owner Mr Gurpreet who listened to our complaint and said he will get back to us on the resolution of this issue but never called back. We as customer spend our hard end money and expect that good quality food is served which is hygienically prepared and if some issues is pointed out the concerned resturant tries to improve on it . However to our amazement Pik wik resturant doesn't believe in offering good quality food nor they have any regard for Indian law. We have decided not to eat from this resturant chain and will advise to everyone think twice before going there. we will be soon putting the complaint to fassi and other government authorities to ensure that these kind of restaurant who offer and compromised quality of food where the manager itself says that he can not do anything about the food safety and it quality should not be allowed to operate in delhi ncr. Worst part is the owner is casual about the same and busy fooling customers and their mantra is "if something goes wrong, replace the food or give them discount on bill and laugh about it " Beware going in this restaurant chances are 1 out of 3 time you will have the face the same situation there.

Authentic Cuisine, Great Ambience and Excellent Hospitality

I visited this place first time a couple of years back. The food menu included largely Indian food. My whole family found the food extremely delicious. Recently, on a re-visit, I was pleasantly surprised to see total makeover of the place with World Cuisine included in the menu. My special thanks to the Ex Oberoi Chef and Co-owner of the place, Meet Malhotra and Mr. Joginder Pal Malhotra (Owner) for treating our entire family with delicious dishes and enviable mocktails. An ideal place to spend time with family if you are a connoisseur of authentic Indian cuisine. The cocktails and mocktails at the bar are worth trying.
