The Japanese, Chinese and Thai cuisines are given the equal treatment here and are encouraged to shine through. Chef Raymond Sim presides over the mantle of ‘R.E.D’ at Radisson Blu, and has been for years impressing his regulars with his sensational Singaporean chilli crab, coffee pork and prawns with oats. The personal attention the chef lavishes on his guests by talking to them is nice. ‘Rice’ is Radisson Blu Dwarka’s popular Pan Asian restaurant and is the local families go to place on weekends so book previously to avoid difficulty. Décor of brass faux lamps on the ceiling is stylish and adds an extra touch to the room. Tip: The regulars adore their sliced chicken with celery and bamboo shoots.
