Attached to a small business hotel, Clay Oven is the hotel’s restaurant, populated with regulars whose orders never change. Certainly the humble pindi channa is head and shoulders above what the competition offers and the dahi bhalla would give a chaatwala a complex. For the rest, it is good old North Indian food without any new-fangled flourishes. Parking is a challenge.
