Hong Kong Club’s menu is clearly a nod to modern Cantonese dining, while the sprawling space evokes both drama and romance. You will be greeted at the entrance with towering outdoor heaters with dramatic flames. The restaurant has two floors with 292 covers as well as an island bar as an interior highlight. Upstairs, there are sprawling private dining rooms with bars and open kitchens that are perfect settings for the private parties. The private dining rooms are a study in space and are appointed with artworks, futuristic lighting and stylish seating. While the bar hours are from 06:00 pm till 04:00 am, dinner is served between 07:00 pm and 12:00 am. It is a completely glass-fronted restaurant. So, expect to feast your eyes on the lush greenery, swimming pool and open spaces inside the Andaz Delhi premises. Delicate artefacts and vases, placed in strategic locations, add vibrancy while reinforcing the restaurant’s Oriental vibe. The food across various menu segments reflects edgy touches as well as time-honoured techniques.
