Noida’s most popular bakery, Theos marked its foray into the other side of the river at Sangam Courtyard. The atrium of this cosy mall is sequestered into a mini-garden by Theos. The foam-art on my mug of 'Hot Chocolate' was cute, but I missed the full-bodied intensity of chocolate in the drink and, was surprised by the side of a 'Jeera Cookie'. A handsome slice of 'Carrot Cake' was drier than I would have liked, but the buttery 'Chicken Quiche Burst' with a sharp flavour. The 'Lemon Tart' too could have done with a lighter base but a layer of bright citrus-curd on top made up for that. Tasty enough if you do not look too hard, like most of Theos. Table service is prompt, but oddly, you have to step out and pay at the counter
