Tucked in the quaint lanes of Oud Metha, Moreish Café is a cosy little spot for food lovers to splurge in some soulful food. Interiors of this café are done in a very rustic fashion with exposed brickwork walls and incandescent bulbs hanging from the ceiling. The graffiti filled wall is the only element-adding colour to the décor along with orange t-shirts worn by the staff. Start your meal with the feta and watermelon salad, served on a chilled platter with juicy chunks of watermelon tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with generous amount of feta. For starters try the shawarma nachos, which come loaded with tender pieces of chicken, jalapeño, diced tomato and ranch dressing. The slow roast chicken served with mashed potato and jus make for a hearty main-course dish. After the meal, if you still have space left for desserts, try the chocolate lotus mousse.
