Do I have to pay for the event?

When you confirm for an event, the associated EazyPoints will be deducted from your account before the event date & a confirmation mailer will be sent to you by our team.

Will I get a refund if I am not able to attend the event?

Deducted points cannot be refunded unless the event has been cancelled.

What if I want to invite more than 2 guests?

Each invitation is for two guests unless otherwise specifically mentioned. If you'd like to redeem more points for additional guests, please write us a mail to booking@eazydiner.com. Additional guests will be entertained only if seats are available.

  • This invitation is for one guest, on a first come first serve basis.
  • Please note that no queries for redemption of your EazyPoints will be entertained over a telephonic call. Please email all redemption requests to booking@eazydiner.com
