With people getting more health-conscious and making lifestyle changes, coarse grains or millets are now back in most hotel kitchens and chefs are experimenting with these in various forms as never before. Packed with nutrients and health benefits, millets are versatile and lend themselves to several dishes, both global and Indian. Although these can be consumed at any meal, starting the day with a millet-based dish for breakfast is the right choice.
