The meaning of Azote is Nitrogen. You will not find different flavours of ice creams displayed here like any other ice cream parlour. You need to pick a flavour and they will blend it in front of you with the help of liquid nitrogen. Once the smoke diminishes, you will able to appreciate your mouth-watering cup of ice cream adorned with a syringe full of chocolate sauce.
