From a tropical island to a snowy landscape, you can experience it all on your table, as you are seated for dinner at Grand Hyatt Mumbai in a special section at Celini - the Italian restaurant. After successful experiences in London, Stockholm, Germany, Singapore, China and Bangkok, the world’s smallest chef, Le Petit Chef, arrives in India.
A tiny, thumb-sized chef is projected on your table through animation and creates each dish for your meal through his various escapades - he goes to farms and plucks vegetables, dives in the sea to get the fish. He chargrills your chicken and indulges in a lot of activities to put together your meal. All this through a fun and engaging spectacle, which leaves you riveted to your table.
Expect a six-course meal in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, served to you over a two-hour immersive experience.
From an earth Pumpkin Cappuccino or a Bouillabaisse to a fresh Burrata and Heirloom Tomatoes Salad and a stuffed free-range Chicken Breast to a Kerala Bay Lobster or a Sweet Potato and Radish Cake, you can experience myriad flavours and textures.
The Coconut and Five Spice Ice Cream and Chocolate Rice Pudding for dessert, prove to be the perfect finale to a memorable dining experience.
Each course is preceded by the Petit chef’s explorations to source ingredients and deftly woven with fun visuals and beautiful locales, which entertain you sufficiently. The dark room comes alive, as every diner is mesmerized by the chef’s antics. The good quality, delicious food, varied menu, impeccable service, further add to this unique visual dining experience.
One can opt for a Jain menu too, apart from the vegetarian menu, gourmet menu and Le Petit chef menu, as well as the beverage packages. Available at Grand Hyatt Mumbai until March 2020 end.
