Donovan Vaz has conceptualised this small, informal place to relax right next to the sandy beaches of Benaulim. Termed as a ‘Goan bistro’, this simple tiled roof and the open airy feeling; it lives up to the definition of ‘informal food’. Orange and red are the colours of dominance and the dinner tables clad in checkered tablecloths lend to the bistro feel. Highly recommended chicken liver pate and the firefly prawns – a ‘continental’ innovation. Do order a plate of his famous BBQ pork ribs.
