Along one of the main tourist roads from Baga to Anjuna, in Tito’s White House, the new Thai restaurant’s signboard catches one’s attention with its striking jade and aqua green hues that reads ‘Lotus Blossom’. Walk amidst well-crafted, pinewood tables laid out in gazebo-style in the shaded courtyard. Further in a covered patio, visitors are greeted with expressionist murals of lotus blossoms in complementary colours. A Moira-based artist named George Wirsching created a large wall adjoining the open kitchen. In this serene ambience, one can indulge in the spicier and more flavourful offerings of Isaan (Northern Thai) cuisine. There is a good selection of salads, curries, stir-fried dishes, rice, noodles and desserts to choose from. Try the vegetarian mixed Bangkok platter along with a kaffir lime margarita.
