What happens when an American swings into Bogmalo Bay? They bump into Mohit at Swing by the Bay to try out his infused concept of American diner meet Kerala Rice house. The sync of two cuisines close to his heart with a bar to boot makes up for the ideal recipe for success. Enter this lovely restaurant and set yourself down with an array of signature cocktails to choose from. Start off with the 'Maple Ringer', a whiskey-based cocktail shaken with apple juice & maple spice syrup. Alongside go seaside with one’s order of the 'Crunchy Mini Anchovies with Rava Fry served with Cocktail Sauce and Fries'. A perfect appetizer to get the culinary journey going. Then head over to try the 'Chemmeen Fry' - large prawns stir-fried with coconut slices, red chilly and curry leaves. Moving gear, go western with the 'Jalapeno Cheese Balls' served with in-house dip. While you wait for the 'Dominator' - a char-grilled 10oz Beef steak topped with bacon strips and cheddar cheese served with hollandaise sauce.
