The quirky Brand of Sanjeev Kapoor makes its way to Goa in a simplistic casual dining avatar with a diverse range of aromas and flavours with ‘Indian’ cuisine at its core. Enter the bustling mall and step into his world where a screen shows episodes of food – a perfect ambience to entertain guests, a meeting or a meal after hectic shopping in the mall. The menu redefines Indian food. Start off with the perupyaap garnished with chilli and a salt rim, the flavours play with one’s senses. Chef Kapoor has picked preparations from the Frontier, Kolkata and Punjab to titillate one’s taste buds. Start off with the chandi kaliyan – 6 well marinated succulent tikkas with a silver paper atop. Combine that with the kali mirch methi in a delectable fish preparation. For vegetarians, try the hadippa paneer tikka, as the garlic-spiced flavours are unmistakably good. The mains have the shaam savera – spinach kofta and cottage cheese in thick tomato gravy and compliment the warqi paratha. For the ‘open’ and experimental diner, this place is a must-visit. The dum gosht biryani with the burani raita is served in a jug. The biryani is well set and layered with a thick coarse masalas.
