“A Secret Affair at 10th Street” is the full name of this bar and restaurant spread over 2 floors in Jubilee Hills. The place is designed like a Victorian villa and has both indoor and outdoor seating. If the weather is not very hot and sunny, I prefer the outdoor area which resembles a park with benches and lots of greenery. The inside space has dim lighting with a choice of chairs and sofas and has an interesting décor with miniature automobiles and cycles. The live gigs are held on the first floor, this space is usually not available for service during the daytime. The bar serves a few interesting cocktails apart from the usual drinks. 'Rubi Glass' a drink with vodka, pomegranates and cranberry juice is recommended. The food includes a little bit of everything ranging from dishes of different regions of India to Oriental and European cuisines. 'Piri Piri Quail', a spicy preparation of the small bird goes well with drinks. Some other dishes are innovative too – 'Khubani ka Meetha Crème Brulee' and 'Maggi Goreng' to name a few.
