Can a regular EazyDiner deal or discount be clubbed with Super Saver?
No regular EazyDiner deal or discount can be clubbed with the Super Saver offers.
One coupon is applicable to how many people?
One coupon can only be used by one person. For example if there are four people who want to avail the discount, then four coupons need to be purchased.
What happens to the coupons that are purchased but not redeemed?
A coupon once purchased is non-transferable and non-refundable post the meal period.
Can a coupon once purchased be replaced?
No. The coupons once purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Can customers edit their booking?
No booking can be edited or cancelled. The coupons that are not redeemed are non-refundable.
Can two people come together and combine their discounts at the restaurant if they have purchased 2 separate coupons under two different categories?
No two coupons can be clubbed together. If two people have purchased coupons under two different names, they will be billed separately.
What will happen if coupons are purchased for two people but more than two people come for the booking?
The discount will be applicable only for two people. Separate coupons need to be purchased for the extra people. For example if there are a total of 5 people and only 2 coupons have been purchased, 3 separate coupons need to be purchased to avail discount for all 5 people. As for the seating, that will be subject to availability at the restaurant.
What is the kids policy?
Standard Kids Policy applies as per discretion of the restaurant. Children below 3 years of age are exempted from coupon purchase. Anyone above the age of 3 years will require to have a coupon to avail the deal.
Is there any cut-off time for the table reservation?
A customer should book their table 1 hour prior to the dining time. For example if you wish to make a booking for 2:00 pm at the restaurant, the reservation should be made by maximum 1:00 pm.
What should I do if the restaurant refuses to acknowledge the offer?
If the restaurant refuses acknowledge your coupons, you can call us at 786-100-4444.
Does the purchase of coupons imply a guaranteed table reservation?
Deals are valid only at the time mentioned at the time of making the reservation. Restaurants will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. Post that the coupon may not be honoured.
