The biggest draw at Fusion of Biryanis is the ambience. Perched on the fifth floor of the same building as Value Mart, Fusion of Biryanis offers a panoramic vista of Kondapur; the lush green Botanical Garden on one side and the tall office buildings of Gachibowli on the other. A large, glittering chandelier is the focal point of the dining space. Fusion Of Biryanis is a bit of a misnomer; while they serve almost a dozen and a half variant of Biryanis, there is not a lot of fusion happening. In fact, the non-vegetarian Biryani selection is quite typical – 'Egg, Fish', 'Chicken', 'Mutton', and 'Prawns'. Somewhat surprisingly, the vegetarian Biryani variants outnumber non-vegetarian options. 'Kofta Biryani', 'Gobi', and 'Allu Biryani' are some of the interesting options. Besides Biryanis, Fusion Of Biryanis serves the usual suspects culled from Indian and Indo-Chinese cuisines.
