Kebab fusion at Madhapur is a small self-service restaurant with about 40 covers. The open kitchen on one side allows you to see your food being prepared. The food here is quite interesting with a range of kababs prepared on charcoal and shawarma from the Middle-East being the main attractions. Among these kababs, their special dish is 'Phadi Murg Tikka' which is marinated in green masala. A fish variant is also available. The 'Cheesy Lasooni Murgh' and 'Shish Touk' are two other popular items. Kababs are in chicken and fish. You can also try their “Kebabs in Bread” (the kababs are rolled inside a naan and grilled) or the wraps, where 'Rumali Roti' is used. The shawarmas here are quite good, vegetarians can go for variations using falafel or feta cheese.
