Even after 2 decades, Mainland China remains the Speciality Group’s crown jewel. In spite of seismic changes in India’s FnB sector, Mainland has not changed at its core. The recipe behind its success is deceptively straightforward - heart-warming food served with a smile. The menu has been updated to incorporate trendy new dishes such as 'Edamame and Truffle Oil Dumplings', 'Japanese Wheat Noodles', and 'Smoked Duck Rolls'. The vast a la carte selection now features even a bit of Pan Asian. However, the real draw at Mainland China continues to be the timeless classics. The nourishing broths, the piquant pepper sauce, the uncomplicated noodles, and the fragrant pot rice. Mainland China also offers a well-priced lunch buffet throughout the week. The Hitec City outlet is fairly busy and prior reservation is highly recommended.
Visited for dinner today. Food was average but service by staff was exceptional. I didn't like any main dish which i ordered. Balance of flavours was missing which chef need to focus upon for sure. Hope i see something better on next visit.
We visited there for our team lunch. Ambiance is neat and calm. The Chinese food good and especially starters Prawns, Crab, Fish. Rice and Noodles as usual. Recommended for starters only.
Mainland China just goes a step ahead in proving the point! A wholesome menu filled with noodles, rice, dimsums, soup, prawns and what not! And God bless the person behind their mocktails! It can turn your monday from dull to amazing in seconds! Mint Storm refreshes you like no other while the Mandarin Swirl lifts up your mood and energizes you! The Japaneese noodles is wok tossed buckwheat noodles loaded with exotic veggies! As for the King Prawns in smoked chilli sauce, I am sorry, I am spell-bound! That's not all, they have mouth-watering desserts too! You can rest assured nothing can stress you after a meal at that cozy place!
We visited MLC for lunch after a very long gap. Even though on Sunday's most fokks prefer the Buffet we decided on the ala carte. The Tom yung soup, chicken and veg Teriyaki were outstanding. The Basil dumplings were good too..but we felt for the price the quantity was quite less. The standout was the jaggery ice cream..i believe u can give it a try We got enough attention from the staff. Both Dibakar and Prabhat took good care of us. Overall great experience
