Radisson Hyderabad stands out amongst its peers owing to the distinctive cuisines being showcased by its signature restaurants. Wai Kiki showcases Polynesian fare downstairs. The restaurant derives its name from a neighbourhood of Honolulu, although it does not really look like a tiki bar. The decor of Cascade, the all-day diner and buffet restaurant, is carried into Wai Kiki. The service staff is amiable but Wai Kiki feels understaffed. There is plenty of seafood on the menu, besides the usual proteins. Some of the cocktails are available in sharing sized bowls. The cocktail selection features a host of refreshing cocktails packed with citrus, tropical fruits, and coconut. 'Flambéed Prawn San Fransisco', 'Crab and Pistachio Crusted Seer Fish', and 'The Polynesian Princess' are some of the signatures here. Besides Polynesian fare, there is also quite a bit of Oriental on the menu. The only downer is that the kitchen is inconsistent and the execution tends to be uneven.
