Zephyr in Film Nagar is one of the more interesting lounge bars in the city. The main restaurant has a nice open ambience, with a few private dining rooms for groups. The special cocktails here are much sought-after, with many of them using organic ingredients and being free of preservatives. An example of this is the Orange Marmalade prepared in-house which is used in the whisky-based cocktail 'Bourbon Botanical Breakfast'. The place has a set of 12 signature cocktails. 'Bay Merchant' (Gin with Kokum Syrup), 'Two to Tango' (Vodka with Basil and Pineapple Juice), and 'Red Velvet' (Bourbon infused with Hibiscus Petals) are among my favourites from these. The food here is quite good too, notable ones being the 'Wasabi Prawns' - coated with sesame seeds, 'Zaatar and Lemon Grilled Chicken', and 'Black and White Fish Fingers'. The soups and salads here also merit attention. Service takes a bit of time.
