A brand new addition to the hotel scape of the city, Auris hotel gives BLU as its all-day dining restaurant. As the name suggests, all you can see is blue; from the sofas to the chairs to patterns on the walls, everything is done up in a bright yet calming blue and white colour scheme. The food menu is typically global with its inclusion of thin crust pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, South East Asian curries, popular Chinese dishes, Indian food and much more. The buffet spread is quite opulent from breakfast to dinner and is perhaps a wiser choice to go with than the À la carte menu. The Fish and Chips is a must try, beautifully soft and flaky fish coated in a perfect light beer batter served with fries and mushy peas is a delight to have.
