When it comes to biryani in Kolkata, Shiraz is one of the big names. Every biryani lover is familiar with their biryani which has long grains of rice coated in subtle spices and served with a tender piece of mutton or chicken and the unforgettable potato, which just melts in the mouth. Their 'Kati Rolls' are equally good with small nuggets of chicken rolled inside a flaky paratha. You can get whatever customisation you want from them for your rolls. 'Mutton Stew' is rich and aromatic and tastes heavenly with some 'Tandoori Roti'.
