This one is a typical family pro restaurant with neat and minimalistic atmosphere providing quality food. The service is equally impressive. As the name suggests, the menu travels from different regions on the Grand trunk Route, specifically emphasising on the food from the regions of Peshawar, Afghan, Oudh, Punjab, Varanasi and Bengal. Succulent kababs, mouth-watering biryani, lush variety of dals, especially the dal Peshawari, different kinds of breads, some 'Kosha Mangsho', 'Posto Murgi' and the typical Mughlai desserts is what encompasses the menu. It is better not to venture into the Bengali cuisine area and stick to the Peshawari and Lucknawi cuisine. The desserts are mostly outsourced and the 'Shahi Tukda', which always attracts most people, is very different from the usual shahi tukda and lacks the crispiness of the bread from being deep fried in ghee.
