The tip of Mumbai has a few dining choices apart from the vegetarian thali options or South Indian joints. Flamboyante is a welcome addition to the few existing restaurants in Cuff Parade. Housed inside the World Trade Centre this Asian cuisine-based restaurant is a popular choice for officer goers in the area as well as residents. White walls with wooden bench-like tables, a few sofa tables with big blue cushions and lots of green plants liven up the space making it seem like a relaxed casual eatery. Along with their Oriental section, the menu includes Indian dishes as well as pizza options.
Visited for a wedding reception and enjoyed some amazing food. Was most impressed that despite the large number of guests the snacks that were served, especially the garlic prawns and the kebabs. I am not normally a fan of buffets but the food here was also great. Look forward to visiting the restaurant again
Highly disappointed and unprofessional ... request all vegetarians to boycott this restaurant ...we were served non veg food inspite of informing them that we are pure vegetarians .... the worst part is the waiter first got the sushi and we told that this is not the correct order and then he again for same sushi which was non vegetarian ... Moreover when one of us realised , we went to them and confronted them to which they were initially reluctant but later admitted that mistakenly they served non vegetarian food .. we then informed them not to inform anyone on the table since we are pure vegetarians and many of us would be affected by this ... still the acted dumb and got a replacement sushi informing that earlier one was incorrect and non veg food .. I have never seen such dumb people and such unprofessional people ... I request all vegetarians to boycott this restaurant
Visited Flamboyant for a Sunday Brunch. Located in the World Trade Center, The restaurant gives a very good feeling at the entrance. A very high roof with natural light is what I really liked. Open and very spacious sitting arrangement. I have never come across a brunch review which has all the details of the menu with photos. The starters were simply amazing, Chaat was realy nice. One of the best Khaukswe I have ever had. Dessert was a little disappointing. According to me, the option are way too limited in the dessert section. Follow me here and on Instagram (@gujjubhaifoodstories) for more posts and reviews.
We have gone for a lunch Buffet from office. We find the food quite good. Lots of option for vegetarians. Pizza, Bao, Burmese,Chinese, Indian Dishes are available to choose. Price is reasonable at 799/per head on weekdays. The Non-vegetarian Options are lesser with 2 starters and 1/2 dishes of Mutton or Chicken. Desserts are also good. The only drawback about it is its open roof which gets sunny & a bit hot while eating. Though Ala carte does have a separate AC section.
Looking for some amazing food on your platter with variety that fits in your pocket? Then this is just the right place for you. Flamboyante Hotel gives you the right mix of veg and non veg food for a perfect buffet to be enjoyed by family, friends or corporate colleagues. I chose a fiver for this experience.
