The glittering lights and stylish décor in black and white, lend a striking air to this fine-dining place. The plush bar at one end is hard-to-miss. Well-spaced out, the seating is comfortable and affords enough privacy. There is a spacious, yet cosy, private dining area, here as well. The menu is an amalgamation of progressive European and Asian cuisine coupled with a range of artisan cocktails. The 'Pomegranate Molasses Lamb Chops', are hearty and pack a punch in terms of flavours, while the 'Quick Steamed Rawas Xiao Xing' is light, subtly spiced and a treat for the taste buds. The creamy and spiced 'Edamame Hummus' is sufficiently inventive. The 'Fresh Bay Paella', will appeal to seafood lovers. The 'Honey Sesame Chicken Bowl' with familiar flavours is comforting. Refined but unpretentious, the food celebrates the ingredients and is well-presented. The food here, although of top-notch quality, is a wee bit overpriced. The 'Decadent Cake French Toast' for dessert is a masterpiece, worth trying. The service staff is well-trained, articulate and the service flawless.
