Out of all the dining options at the Hilton Hotel, Imperial China seems to be the most popular choice. It can get tiresome reaching the hotel in the evening with all the traffic nearby but it is worth the effort. The décor at this restaurant is dark, with a lot of black and wooden interiors giving it this very Zen like ambiance. The menu is full of familiar favourites like Kung Pao Chicken, Prawns in XO Sauce and some delectable dim sum options. The proximity to the international airport makes it a great place for a pre or post flight meal and is one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area.
Visited Imperial China at Hilton Mumbai near the International airport. It was wonderful experience with fabulous food, great ambience and very important very helpful staff. Great Place to enjoy the evening with your loved❤ ones. Keep it up😇😇😇👍👍👍
So I visit to imperial China to try their Cantonese festival menu Buffet & it was damn good should try their chicken black pepper fried rice, chicken wings & Cantonese style wanton noodles
This restaurant offers excellent food at very reasonable cost, with a 4 course set menu for under £30. Although a set menu it has choices at every stage, and the quality and size of the portions is much better than you might imagine. Wine, as in the rest of this and other Mumbai hotels is very expensive. Staff are very friendly, and will try to please if you want to mix and match items from a very substantial choice. If you cannot find something to your liking I would be very surprised indeed. Atmosphere is a little disappointing, as it is rarely very full,
Absolutely amazing ambience and service 👍 Tried the 'Asian Clear Vegetable Soup' and 'Dragon Chicken Soup' which was okay, the dragon chicken soup being very sweet corn chicken soup like 🤷♀️. For appetizers, tried the 'Imperial Gyoza' and 'Smoked Chicken' which was nice. For mains had the 'Bami Goreng' which was fantastic! Very flavourful and left a hint of heat at the back of your mouth. The complimentary Jasmine Tea and the Rice Crisps with Thai Kimchi were absolutely fantastic too 👌. Overall, a nice place to grab some authentic oriental food 👍
was here on 5th February and it was the Chinese New Year. A meal Curated by Chef Thomas Lai. A Special Thanks to Mr. Brijesh and Mr. Jay for making our evening great and memorable! Imperial China Lies within the premises of Hilton Mumbai, with the vibe of China. The Staff is welcoming and takes care of your hospitality in every aspect. The Menu Consisted of Pan Grilled Salmon, Hot Basil Chicken for Non-Vegetarian lovers and for Vegetarians there was Dim Sum, Tofu and Honey Pepper Baby Corn in Starters Just to neutralize your taste buds there is break with Sorbet! In Main Course, Teriyaki Stir-Fried chicken and Steamed Whole Pomfret was amazing with Burnt Garlic Fried Rice For Vegetarian, Wok Tossed Baby Aubergines and Tofu clay pot with Pan-fried noodles was hit! To end the session, we had Coconut pudding with butterscotch sauce and wasabi Ice-cream We did had a great time with the team..simply awesome!
