Indigo Deli is the city's favourite cafe where you know a meal here would not let you down. Known for their trademark wafer thin pizza and hearty burgers this is an ideal choice for a meal. It is tucked away in one of the by lanes in Pali Naka and has a casual yet intimate vibe with its wooden furniture and cosy booth like tables. Perfect for a casual date night dinner though also works well for a dinner out with friends. Make sure to take the time to pop into their little Deli store where apart from bread and cheese they retail various food products.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience..the food specially the thin crust pizzas were outstanding.
Indigo Delicatessen has always been my favorite choice for impromptu dine outside, birthday celebrations or just meeting a friend. It's like my comfort zone. I recently visited the restaurant last week to savour some new dishes on the menu by Chef Swapnil. Starters 1. Bombayduck Croquettes - The compatable combination of cream cheese and Bombay duck in a croquette was unique and addictive in taste. It was served with beetroot and ginger yoghurt, this took it to another level altogether. 2. Soy Chili Pork - Twice cooked pork belly, tossed with soya and Sichuan peppers, served with creamy wasabi. This is a must have on the menu. Sweet and spicy flavors and a perfectly cooked pork belly. Delicious bite sized pieces tasted exquisite. 3. Kolkata inspired grilled king prawns in a coconut milk gravy served on a bed of peas and govindbhog risotto. Creamy rich goodness and soft succulent prawns. Who could ask for anything better. The dish of the day for me. Sweetannu recommends strongly. Dessert Choco Mocha Brulee Praline Mousse - A sweet creamy mousse with a brilliant crunchy texture. Enjoyed the Caramel sauce and peanut brittle accompaniments too. The menu is a hit. This time when you visit order your favorite pizza but do try out some new dishes too.
If you are looking for high quality European, American, Italian food experience look no further than Indigo Delicatessen. The menu has just the right selection to help you decide quickly amongst classics and fusion. Not very large to confuse you nor limited to only one taste bud. Most universal appeal to age and taste. Recommended- Asparagus Phillo Rolls (must); chicken with hint of kafir lime (a+); kiwi Martini, BBQ chicken pizza, crispy burger, roast chicken, fish and chips, blt burger, Mud cake, tiramisu, homemade ice creams. Rest for the next visit :)
This is a top notch restaurant for continental and Italian dishes. The interiors are charming and the decor quite inviting. Food that we ordered was well made and the service fantastic. While a bit pricey, worth visiting once at least
This is a place with lovely interiors, great ambience and excellent service. Offers a good variety of European and Continental cuisine. The food was great even though a tad bit expensive. Being popular, there could be a little waiting time if not booked a table in advance.
