This outlet is larger than their Ballard Estate one and the menu seems to have expanded as well. Kaboom is a quirky fun café that serves wholesome meals and ensures that you have variety in your choice of food. The menu rotates everyday and each day of the week has a theme. Within those themes the dishes change as well, so if you are looking for something new; this is it. There is a huge emphasis on eating clean, so all their produce comes from local farms and they try to source as many organic ingredients as they can. Their bahn mi sandwich is stunning and so hearty. The penne pesto and their farm bowl salad are also great choices.
