Restaurateur AD Singh’s latest offering, Lady Baga serves Goa inspired food with a contemporary flourish. The bonhomie and Goa elements in the décor are unmistakable as this place transports you to the Sunshine State with ease. The food menu is as comforting as the place and signature flavours of Goa allure you. A beach shack experience is what you can expect. The bar is a highlight with infused cocktails and innovative offerings screaming local flavours, apart from the classics, wines and spirits. 'Bloody Marianna', a house-made special Goan chorizo-infused vodka, is a must-have. Start with 'Rissóis Prawn', 'The Crusted', 'D-shaped Croquettes' stuffed with tangy baby shrimp vindaloo. 'Aubergine' and 'Green Bean Ambotik', a dry preparation with home-style masala, will delight vegetarians. Carnivores can devour the 'Pork Vindaloo' and 'Recheado Crabs', with their distinct flavours and spices. Pair these with Goa 'Red Rice' or 'Poee' to complete the experience.
