Mumbai lanes are lined with plenty of pubs and bistros, hooked with live music, kick-ass bar menus and all over lively thrilling vibe. While you are hunting for a new place, do check out ‘Mojo’s Bistro’. It’s a fantastic open gastro-bar sought after for its spectacular ambience and hip Goa like vibe. Surprisingly the bar is not that expensive, one of the reasons why it’s so popular with the tipplers. Look it up for yourself on the Level 2 of Kamla Trade House in Lower Parel.

As expected, their menu is finger food heavy. There is plenty to munch on to soak up the booze. Some vegan options are available too, if you’re interested. Coming to what they do best, booze, you will find there is a lot to attract you. Sample Mojo’s special edition cocktails. Trangirino, electrofied, Mojo jojo and guava lovers tastes exceptionally tasty. They also stock on hard-to-find labels of whisky, vodka, tequila, gin, rum, beers, wines and shooters. Besides your usual bar grub, fusion offerings are a crowd favorite. Chomp down few appetizers like, oriental prawns, murg par luft, galauti kebab, tanoor mirch, veg jhalfrezi quesadillas, panko amritsari fish goujons and white miso chicken tikka. Baos and dimsums are great picks too. Mains feature, baked basa, vegetable fricassee, margherita flat bread, makhni risotto, Thai green curry and butter chicken flat bread.

Some of their creativity seeps through their dessert menu too. The chef woos your sweet tooth with, apricot & chocolate cake, blueberry cheesecake, cheese & cherry macaroon and gulab jamun cheesecake. Service is prompt and smooth. Mojo’s Bistro presents quite an exciting evening replete with funky live gigs, sensational live music, sports screening and live performances. This enchanting rooftop lounge is lined with romantic cabanas and informal dining tables set under open sky. Highlight is the bar, which is focal point of this place. Some might find Mojo’s Bistro a bit expensive affair but return is so much more. Take some friends along to show them a good time.
